Jasmine's Bio

I am 18 years old, I started formal training at age 15 much later than most. After 3 years I had to quit dancing due to health reasons.I spent a little over a year away from the studio and I would like return. My ulitmate goal is to be on pointe (which will be very difficult) I do not aim to be a professional dancer. I just enjoy the art form and I happen to be very serious about training. I start in one month. I lost about 15 pounds of extra weight and will be back in shape pretty soon. I need to work on my flexibilty and strengh of both my feet and ankles. I would appreciate any advice from other dancers and instructors.I have extensive knownlage of ballet but I lack skill.
